By using the services of Plum Street Accounting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial advisory services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information, respond to requests for information in a timely manner, and review all documents we prepare for accuracy.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and Colorado law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.
